I saw her show yesterday afternoon and so this is the recipe that I can't do when Shane is home.. for two reasons his egg allergy is so severe that eggs in the air and or in his food would just blow him into a reaction that is just ugly and dangerous... so I am going to cut it into half and it will be for Greg and I, maybe I'll quarter it.. then there's no leftovers in the fridge either. And tonight is Shanes shift at the fire station, so it is usually our night that any recipe that has eggs in it are tried out.

I tried to add the link here but didn't have luck doing it, but go to the website above, and type "favorite meatloaf" in the search and you will get the recipe plus the pictures.. She doesn't allow you to copy it here.. but it is meatloaf with bacon.. how can you go wrong?
Well, I am going to go and catch a movie "the Gatsby" and then come home to make meatloaf and mash potatoes..
